I had a septic inspection and everything went great until they left without covering my septic lids. I called the office and the lady had no idea why he left it like that and he would be back in a week to cover the lids. He came back and covered one lid. I call the office back and she tells me he will only cover lids that he dug up. Who dug up the second lid then? She said he will give me a call in the morning and talk to me about it. I never received a phone call. Now I have a hole in my back yard. Thanks for your great costumer service.

I want to share my experiences with this company as a warning to others. I purchased a home in the jackson area several years ago and one requirement from the bank was a septic inspection. Sweet pea was hired to do this, performed the inspection and recommended a repair. They said the sewer line was back graded and needed to be fixed. They seller agreed and they did the work. We purchased the home and within a month started having back ups. I am a plumber by trade, so I hydro jetted the line and cleared the blockage. This happened monthly for the next few years. Completely frustrated, I decided to have the septic tank pumped again, thinking that maybe it was just due. I called sweet pea and they came out and pumped the tank. I explained to the guy pumping the tank the problems I was having
