Bad to worse from day one. On the day of the appointment, I received the call from the technician stating that he will be arriving in 25 min, he actually arrived an hour and 35 min later, stayed for 5 min to tell me that my ice maker had no refrigerant (I am no technician and that was my diagnosis when I called to make the appointment) then he said: someone will email you later today with an estimate for the repair. That was Saturday morning, today is Monday evening and I am still waiting for that email. Here I am, stuck with a charge of $75 for a late 5 min visit to tell me what I already knew, texting the technician, begging for that email, no service, and frustrated. I hope that future customers read this review and make an informed decision before doing business.
