This company only cares about themselves. They decided to clean up their front yard (which is on a pretty busy road) and instead of bagging it or taking care of it properly they decided to blow it all on the street and mulch it with their lawn mower IN THE MIDDLE of the road while nice cars are passing by. The best part? The lawnmower is blowing all these sticks and rocks right at the cars. You would think they would turn off the blade? Nope they just stare you down while they scratch up the side of your car. I’ll be making sure that someone covers the cost of half my car getting painted as fortunately I have a dash cam. If they care that little doing something like that in front of their own business. Think about how much they will care at a customers house that they wont see again.

Great company!!! the team diagnosed several problems with my existing irrigation system and completed the work timely and very informative. Helped set the zones to the proper coverage and timeframes for each type of head. And took care of my sod placed it back very well.

DO NOT USE Sweetwater Irrigation! I have used Sweetwater in the past, their prices were reasonable, that has changed drastically. I recently had them come out and do some work, I trusted them from the past. I was shocked when they sent me a bill, their labor rate is $200 /hr. YES, that is about the average attorney’s fee in Atlanta. They also said they would be willing to come back and make sure the repairs were done correctly, however there would be a $200 service call! I cut my losses with Sweetwater and found other companies with labor rates less than $100. This is in line with reasonable expectations. They did an excellent job. Something has changed for the worst with Sweetwater recently. There are a lot of old reviews that are giving an unrealistic expectation. I am warning

Very satisfied. We have used Sweetwater for both irrigation and lighting with excellent results. We recently had sod installed and needed to get our long-neglected sprinklers working again. Sweetwater located and replaced a defective zone valve, replaced several defective pop-up heads, adjusted and re-aimed all sprinkler heads, replaced broken piping for one head and replaced the erratic 30 year old control unit all in one day and at a reasonable price. Later, our landscape lights around the foundation of our house began to fail and we called Sweetwater again. They came out in 2 days and replaced the old equipment. Called Sweetwater to have them fix a leak in our sprinkler system. It is January and very cold. They came out to look at it and fixed it within the week. Everyone we dealt with were super nice and respectful. They let us know before they did anything and were very professional and reasonable. If I ever need this type of work done again, I will definitely be calling them.
