Sweetwater Pools - Upstate Carolina

I use 2 different divisions of Sweetwater Pools, one in Greenville (Paul Pillsbury) and one in Charleston (Matt Fagan) both managers are very professional, knowledgeable and responsive. We have large very busy pools and with all the challenges we have been met with this year, they were a great resource for Covid opening guidance I did not once have to address any issue with pool maintenance, they are proactive, bring suggestions to you. Sweetwater Pools has been a tremendous company to parter with in maintaining our pool. Being from The Cliffs at Glassy, JoJo has kept our pool in pristine condition throughout the entire season for years. He’s very responsive if we do happen to have questions or issues. The whole staff at Sweetwater is top notch. Great company to partner with!

Our community pool was scheduled to be open on May 19, 2018, then weather delays caused the opening date to be May 26, 2018. Unfortunately, the pool is still not open and Sweetwater Pools has not fulfilled the contract. Disappointed in the service and hope to be able to update this review with a positive outcome. **Update** Sweetwater went to great lengths to correct the shortcomings of their subcontractors and got our pool opened!

Sweetwater Pools is a wonderful company! They came to the rescue for one of the communities pools we manage at PMI Upstate and got it up and running in fine fashion. They are professional and I would recommend them to anybody who needs their services!
