Our home insurance company required roof replacement, being over 20 years old. We got a few quotes, all estimates were close. Decided to hire Swell roofing based on previous reviews and craftsmanship shown in pics. Tore down the old roof and installed new one instead of the cheaper second layer over the old one. Throughout the project communicated with Asa, he was available all the time to give us updates and answer any questions. Everything happened as estimated, there was even a test rain right before final inspection. The insurance company lifted the non renewal. Pheww!

Reached out to Asa, was referred by a friend and was not disappointed. Asa was very cordial and helpful. Was able to send one of his foreman out almost immediately after all the heaving rain we had. Found our leak and fixed it on the spot. Would recommend to my family and Friends
