Everyone I interacted with at Swenson was very knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. One of my granite steps was out of stock, however, it arrived quickly and I was notified as soon as it came in; they scheduled a time to deliver them the next day. Mark installed the steps and is truly an expert in his trade, unfortunately another company had poured the concrete pad leaving it off centered and pitched. I was so stressed and upset, Mark reassured me he would be able to fix the issue to have them fit correctly. With his attention to detail and experience it really came out beautiful. I’ve had many positive experiences with my local Swenson Granite in Rowley, MA. The office staff is always helpful and accommodating and the yard operator is professional and spot on when it comes to loading and getting me back out the door. I have the most experience with Mark, the crane truck driver, who has done many on-site sets for me. He is a true professional who takes his job with utmost seriousness. Before doing anything he’ll first check my prep work to make sure that’s it’s true and accurate. From that point all the way through the installation process he is, courteous, professional and friendly.
