If I could give a 0 then I would for customer service alone. The staff were yelling back and forth at each other and saying very rude things about customers on the phone when they put them on hold. One person was placed on hold and the young man at the counter said to another coworker, “like I give a shit about what he needs.” When it was our turn at the counter he said he could not tell us about any parts in the store without a model number. He then proceeded to tell my father that he knew nothing about HVAC and needed to go home and do more reading before coming back. He was quite derogatory in his speaking to us and it made me very uncomfortable being there. Will certainly not ever be going back just based on how they speak about their customers behind their backs.

We have looked all over town and on the internet, we could not find the right part for our furnace.I call them up and they tell me they have the part ! Super friendly people that didn't hesitate to get our part ready.so if you need some heating and cooling supplies, looks these people up. You won't be disappointed.

The capacitor in my condenser unit decided to die on a nice boiling hot day, and it would take at least 3 days to get a new one off the internet. I'm not a contractor, so this seems to be the only local place where I could walk in and buy one. They were super helpful, and within 5 minutes I was walking out with a brand new capacitor. Got home and installed it, and now my air is working again 😎

Saturday June 29th I called for a fan Motor at 11.40. So I jumped in my car and drove like I was in the NASCAR final. Got there at a few minutes til knowing it would take 15 extra minutes to complete my order. The Guys were very generous with their time cause I know these guys. When noon comes they are like cops to a doughnut shop. But they were patient even though one guy had to go to the back warehouse to get my order. So thanks to the guys for not telling me they were sold out lol Happy Cool Camper
