We purchased a new unit with Swift in 2021. We have had a few issues over the years since then, but Felipe has always been quick to respond and get their team out on site to address any issues. They are honest and easy to work with.

Excellent customer service from start to finish with our new air conditioning system. Felipe was exceptional from checking our old system, describing all the features with the new system, and he was onsite during entire installation process. The parts and labor warranty is beyond any other company’s warranty.

I called Swift Air as well as another local company and Rodney was out the same day and gave me a very fair estimate on a Ductless Mini AC unit and the job was completed much sooner than I expected and everything from start to finish was done in a professional manner. I just bought my home and will be using this company for all my A/C and Heating going forward !
