I reached out to Swift Brothers for assistance in diagnosing a troublesome Pentair gas heater. Pentair support recommended them highly as they are certified technicians of their products, especially my specific gas heater. They scheduled me in for service within 2 days of my call and their tech Nick was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Nick was receptive to me watching his service and answered all my questions and ultimately discovered the issue as a faulty stack flue sensor. He also gave me some pointers on what future issues that could pop up. I wouldn’t hesitate in calling Swift Brothers if I needed help with other needs like HVAC or plumbing related items. Swift and Dillon are a pleasure to work with. From the sales, internal office and install, the entire team were both highly professional, knowledgeable, expertly capable and super friendly. The job install was well done and clean. I highly recommend and expect to bring my larger HVAC maintenance to them in the future.

As always, Nick figures everything out! I really liked my system until it came to the winter ‘til the heat seemed slow at raising the temperature of my house… Nick used all his fancy equipment to check everything out and all equipment parts were working! What??? So Nick went inside my house and checked out the return and supply vents. It turns out that the builder constructed the supply too close to the return vent, so that return vent was pulling air from the supply, making the house seem warmer than it was! So Nick simply closed the supply, and the system now functions PERFECTLY!😁 Leave it to Nick to think divergently and creatively, always endeavoring to strive beyond the requirements of the job! Bravo.🙌

Dylon Spinelli with Swift Bros. was nothing short of AMAZING!! He throughly inspected each and every piece of my a/c unit until he identified the problem and saved me 3k (which is what another company quoted me). I was literally in tears prior to him coming out because who has 3k to dish out. Not only did he identify the problem but he also gave me additional tips on how to better care for my unit to avoid future issues. Dylons customer service was TOP TIER. I will HIGHLY recommend Dylon and Swift Bros. To any and everyone in the Jacksonville area.
