Arrived quickly, was so kind and respectful (slipped his shoes off outside before coming in even though it was below freezing) got the bedroom door unlocked quickly without damaging the door or lock. Initially, the service provided by Leo was exemplary. He arrived punctually, was highly informative, and completed the work with remarkable speed and efficiency. The original request was for the re-keying of 3 exterior door locks. Upon consultation, Leo recommended and successfully executed the replacement of these 3 locks to ensure a single-key system for all entry points, a modification we approved and were initially satisfied with. However, a significant and recurring defect emerged approximately 3 days post-installation. Two of the newly installed locksets developed a dangerous malfunction: they would randomly and inadvertently lock us out of our home.
