Swift Restoration and Remodeling

We worked with John for a new roof on our house and a new garage. He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. Workers showed up when they were promised, if there was an issue it was communicated immediately. Every crew that came and worked was friendly and professional. The bid was very straight forward and no hidden surprises or charges incurred after work started. We couldn't be more pleased with out garage, John and Swift Restoration.

In February/ March of 2024, I had Swift come out to repair some fascia and some water damage through a window. I filed an insurance claim of course. I ended up having another company have to come out and fix the shoddy work on the drywall around the window. This weekend the piece of fascia they put up a year and a half ago, blew off the house. They didn't nail it in place. They didn't bother to show up for the appointment they made with me to repair it. They didn't even know that the person hadn't shown up. I do not recommend this company at all. Their work is shoddy. They are not organized or reliable enough to show up for appointments. At this point, I will be using another company instead of relying on them to correct their subpar work.

Swift was recommended by our insurance company after discovering a small leak in our master bathroom. Chris came out to do the first look/diagnostic visit and we initially felt that we were in great hands. My husband was told only a small section of tile needed to come out of the bathroom to complete the mitigation work and they were set to be out the next morning to begin. My husband and I arranged our schedules to be home for the couple hours we were told it would take. Come "demo" day, the crew showed up nearly two hours late and we had to call to get updates on when they would be arriving, they spent half the day laying brown paper and plastic coverings on our floors (an effort I appreciate, but am unsure why it took half the day), and they literally ripped a piece of anchored furnitur

Chris is awesome. He came to my house to help diagnose an odd smell and add his opinion to the other people have come over, HVAC, Gas, Plumber, etc. He was very professional, lots of knowledge, and I was actually most impressed with how he interacted with my kid that was standing with me while we were diagnosing. He asked his thoughts, and showed genuine interest in what he had to say. One of the best interactions with a contractor that I've had in a long time.

So professional, great to deal with (phone/email), super nice in person & trustworthy. I feel so comfortable recommending. They went out to my mom's place and she loved them much more over the competition who also stopped by she was not comfortable with. So thankful we found SWIFT! Tom & Cache have been amazing with the detailed estimate report for our kitchen ceiling pipe burst leak.
