A special shout-out to Mike, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. He made the whole process smooth, stress-free, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right.

My experience with Ali (the owner) was extremely concerning. He was very friendly at first, but everything changed once he arrived at my new home. Before unloading my belongings, he demanded full payment upfront and refused to release anything until he was paid. When I tried to pay by credit card, his machine suddenly “stopped working,” and I was told I had to pay cash or Zelle only. Looking back, it’s clear why — after the move, we discovered significant damage to many of our items, and there was no real way to file a proper claim. The entire situation felt like high-pressure tactics designed to force payment before we had any chance to inspect our belongings. On top of that, the flat-rate price we were quoted was not the price we ended up paying. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch

What was most frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. When I reached out to address the issues, customer service was unhelpful and did not provide a clear resolution. Moving is already stressful, and I expected a reliable and professional service. Unfortunately, SwiftShift did not meet those expectations. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
