Communication— Everyone communicated well, and were in sync on entire process…was awesome to watch and even better to help where I could. Punctuality — Above and beyond! The team was early to arrive, and efficient with anything in their control. We hit traffic, given the weekend, so this added their time, but they were committed to a successful job completion. Quality — Overall, great job! Not one item damaged. Few minor scratches on the entry way, but can be expected with any move. Overall — This team is great, and Leighton a great team leader! I moved with Swiftway Services this month. A three‑person team worked quickly and packed everything carefully. They handled large items like beds and shelves with care to avoid wall damage, and my glass items, including mirrors, arrived intact. I highly recommend Swiftway and will use them again.

Swiftway handled our Columbia move. I cant recommend them enough! They were kind and professional, worked hard and made sure we were happy with the work before leaving. Their prices were very reasonable too.

The movers are very kind and accommodating. Be advised the quote is for minimum of 3 hours. It’s very misleading. They don’t quote based on the size or the inventory you provide. When the move is complete they then add the additional hours. They also only bill in whole hours. So if you’re only half an hour more you pay for the whole hours. They also charges for plastic wrap. I’m still waiting on the final price as it was a mystery until they were done.
