When we decided to enhance our backyard and get a pool, we contacted several companies in the Raleigh/Cary area. We did our research and had many great options. We are so glad we picked SWIM; the experience was the best in class from day 1. You always wonder what you will get, and the responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail were excellent. Brett and his crew made the process seamless, always on time, and very communicative. We have had several projects around the house, and this was the best experience we had from start to finish. Having a pool company today can certainly be a slippery slope. It's always expected that each and every stage of the build process goes off without hitch and on time. Even when there are so many aspects of the build that are someone else's responsibility. When it was time to select a pool builder, Swim was recommended to me but I myself had a rigerous election process that supported that recommendation. I am here to help any potential customer consider Swim for their own pool project. Swim was included and worked side-by-side with my homebuilder and can honestly say, they were the only bright spot in a stressful and chaotic overall home build project that took well over 2 years. Being in the pool industry for 10 years during high school and College, I absolutely love this company as they are so easy to work with and great design team. We love our pool and they use top notch products for pool filter, heater, valves, and electronics. The best part is that we had several wear and tear issues that came up and Swim was never tough to contact, picked up the phone, and provided solid fixes in short times. We also liked them too because they do the decking as well as the pool, and it came out beautiful. Highly recommend, huge shout out to Tammy, and installation team too. Highly recommend and wouldn't use anybody else in the Greater Raleigh Area if I were to need another pool.

Five Stars! I recently bought a home with an incredible pool and hot tub setup—truly top-of-the-line that SWIM built. I didn’t originally have all the details on how to operate everything, but the team at SWIM has been outstanding. I’ve called them twice now, and both times they responded immediately and came out right away. They walked me through every detail of how my system works, answered all my questions, and were extremely helpful and professional. It’s rare to find service this prompt and knowledgeable. SWIM installed our inground pool last year, but we recently discovered that our pool lights had stopped working. I contacted Magan Graves at SWIM and told her about our problem. She immediately contacted Austin Woodson, also of SWIM. Austin, who is Jandy certified, volunteered to come to our house on his day off and fix our light issue. Austin arrived as scheduled and found the problem right away. Our lights are working again. I can't thank Magan and Austin enough for their quick response, courteous service and expertise.
