Couldn’t be happier with Kevin and his amazing team! He was very helpful in the planning process and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Communication was great and he is very responsive. We are happy with every aspect of the pool building process and my wife and I would recommend him to everyone we know. It was absolutely refreshing to work with Kevin and his team to create our dream backyard. We couldn't have asked for a smoother process and we believe a lot of business owners could take a lesson from Kevin on how to provide such a high level of service and quality. From the initial conversation to his follow up to see if we are enjoying the pool, he definitely exceeded our expectations. These guys really get after it. I am very pleased with Kevin and his team. We have a little story; We initially signed on with a competitor out of Plymouth, WI. That contractor disrespected my wife and frankly insulted our intelligence. We decided to cancel and start over, risking not getting a pool this year. We interviewed a lot of other companies and the minute we met Kevin we knew he was a good fit. He listened intently to what we wanted and really delivered the goods. This man and his crew worked harder than I have ever witnessed. He was up front that he may not be able to get our project in this year, but the weather cooperated, and he stayed on top of material shortages due to Covid, and got us done. After interviewing multiple pool contractors, we chose Kevin and we are SO happy we did!! Kevin delivered on everything he promised. He and his team were timely and responsive and the quality was outstanding. We will have him open and close our pool every year. My pool builder was a real piece of work, they screwed up everthing that could have been. I called Kevin and Mike to come out and take a look at my pool that really needed some love. The men came up with a plan to fix my pool and liner. Now my pool looks and works better than it did day one. I wish i would of found them 6 years ago when i build my pool.
