Delivery went perfect and now we are ready for our hybrid cover to come in but in the mean time SPS made sure we had a cover to use till ours gets here! Great customer service! Delivery guys made sure they placed it exactly where we wanted it! They also went through set up instructions and answered all questions we had! So glad we bought from SPS and looking forward to many years enjoying our H2X 21D from Master Spas.

We chose Swimming Pool Supply Co for their Master Spa USA made quality Swim Spa for their incredible reputation for high quality products! We had been looking for years, and finally decided it was the perfect size for our family & for overall exercise benefits for swimming & rowing! We loved that the Swim Spa offered temperatures of 80-104 degrees to set for all year long use in Iowa! Some other competitors in the area would only go to 99 degrees. Ryan was amazing to work with ! He helped us pick out the perfect Swim Spa with all the features we were looking for and did not put pressure on us. He explained all the features in detail, and possible options! Everyone at SPS are awesome. The girls who do the water analysis are great, very helpful and knowledgeable. I wont go anywhere else for my hot tub and pool needs.
