Brian Street installed a complete HVAC system in our vacation home. The house, built by my grandfather on land that has been in my family for hundreds of years, had never had a modern heating system. Brian’s crew designed and installed the duct work for maximum efficiency, including a split unit to heat minimally used attic space. They were prompt, courteous and friendly, sticking with the job until it was complete. We are so pleased with the final result!

Hands down the best HVAC tech in the area. Very punctual and arrived exactly at the scheduled time. He inspected the system and identified a part that needed replacement. Even though the heating system was very old, he located the part the same day, returned that afternoon, completed the repair, and had the system running normally again. Extremely prompt, punctual, and flexible to work with. Communication was excellent, and pricing was reasonable in my opinion. If you’re in doubt, call Brian — he’s the guy.

In anticipation of increasing weather events that impact our electrical grid, I wanted to have a generator installed at my home for myself and my elderly parents. SWVA Mechanical came highly recommended and lived up to my expectations. The Generac unit was definitely a major investment, but Brian helped me save money where I could. Ryan completed the electrical portion of the installation as quickly as possible. Thanks to the guys at SWVA Mechanical I don't have to worry about losing power when the weatherman predicts a major storm.

Did a phenomenal job!! A friend of my wife’s electric bills had been running $900 to $1000 a month. Even during some of the warmer months. Her house is small.
