Please do not let the website fool you, this company is nothing more than a couple guys haphazardly throwing your stuff in boxes, not labeling them, and then charging exorbitant amounts of money for the ridiculous excess of paper and boxes they use. They’ll tell you “we charge by the box, not by the hour” regarding labor costs, but this isn’t a good thing when they fill box after box with paper just to put Tupperware or towels or books or pillar candles in with it. Now that I’m on the other side unpacking my belongings, I’m appalled by the sheer inefficiency with which everything was packed. There are boxes where things were clearly just dumped in, like knives.
