The staff, including the service tech, are all very friendly, professional, timely and accommodating. The price was reasonable for the service provided. I had a wonderful experience overall! I'm just so relieved that my new sump pump system (main, back-up, battery and alarm) is installed and ready to keep my basement dry!

My daughter’s home had a water pipe burst earlier this week; fixed and repaired immediately. My home had a leaking sump pump; fixed and repaired. No issues at all. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Cesar is the man! He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced when it comes to plumbing and quickly identifying the issue. We had a major problem that affected two bathrooms, and Cesar and his partner came in and fixed everything without any trouble. They were fast to get us on the schedule, the administrative side of scheduling was very professional, and the owner and his wife were incredibly generous and fair with pricing. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. I highly recommend Sykes Plumbing Services, and I will absolutely continue using them in the future.

I had my water heater installed in 2020 by Sykes Services. Recently, I had no hot water and contacted them. The plumber who came out was very kind and told me the lower heating element needed to be replaced. Later, he said the thermostat also needed to be replaced. After replacing both parts, I still had no hot water. I was then told that my water tank was “broken” because I hadn’t flushed it in 6 years and that it needed to be completely replaced. I paid $730 even though I had no hot water. When I contacted the office, they only refunded $150 and maintained that the tank needed replacement. Something was off. So, I contacted a different plumbing company for a second opinion. The plumber informed me that not flushing the tank was NOT the reason for the issue. My tank was completely fine.

Cesar was very kind and professional. He explained everything he was doing and the cost associated with it. Kudos to him for representing the company very well, especially in these challenging times. He was very through and answered any questions I had whether big or small. I appreciate that. Thanks for a job well done sir!
