Terrific service with great pricing. Left my 9x12 area rug literally looking like new in less than 30 minutes. Green products, non-toxic to humans and pets. I highly recommend Syl's and will use them again if I need furniture or carpets cleaned.

My customer service experience was not good. I shared all of the details for a quote including pictures and measurements of area rugs. I was asked to call for a quote, which seemed entirely unnecessary because of the very detailed information I sent over. I asked for a quote via email and was given the very short response of the price with the comment that they don’t clean rugs on hardwood floors. Only 1 out of our 9 rugs is on a real hardwood floor. The rest of the questions in my email went unanswered. We will not be working with this company.

Everything about Syl's is top notch. I was referred to them by our pastor where they did the carpet cleaning at our church in West Bend. I had them do some miscellaneous carpet cleaning in our home and a few furniture locations. Apparently they are one of the few companies in the area that does steam cleaning. The crew that came to my house was courteous, professional and very accommodating. They even "raked" the carpet to get the foot prints off when they were done:) Everything looks great; all spots removed and the carpet looks like new. I will definitely use them again as needed.

Always on time and does an awesome job. Some carpets look like there's no hope for them but the guys surprise me and the carpet looks fantastic. I would recommend Syl's to anyone that needs a good company to clean their carpets.
