There's an employee there whose attitude is consistently terrible. I'm a tenant, and every time he interacts with me, he gives me this exasperated look. Please don't bring your bad mood to work. Your job is to serve others.

The employee must be extremely hates working here, very rude when i tried to park there

I have been a customer at Sylvan Kissena Garage for three years now and all have to say about this place is how friendly and attentive the staff members are with customers, especially Jamie, Ramon, Victor and Jose. They are very responsible on having my vehicle ready when traveling. I wouldn’t want to leave my vehicle anywhere else that is not this garage. I would definitely recommend especially if you want to keep your vehicle safe from street damage or possible theft. Gives me a piece of mind

Finding affordable parking downtown can be a nightmare, but Jamie and Ramon at the garage made it a breeze! Not only was the location super convenient for my errand, but they greeted me with a smile and directed me to a spot right away. They explained the payment system clearly and even helped me validate my ticket when I was leaving. Overall, Jamie's friendly and efficient service made the whole parking experience incredibly smooth and stress-free. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area!
