Since first time I found Sylvan Perfect Flooring, I have always used them for my floor work. In the past few years, they have done great jobs on multiple my managed properties. They always give me the best advice and the best rates. They have professional skills and attitude. They always show up on time and complete the job on time. They have a store with a lot of floor selections. If I have any new floor job, I definitely will give to them again without asking around for a better deal.

My experience started about 3 years ago with Sylvan floors. I got a quote to replace the carpeted bedrooms from Caio and his dad. Just to get an idea when we were ready. I really got a good vibe from them. They were confident honest and laid back. No pressure sales. Fast forward to October 2025 I start shooing around and I find a limited amount of honest people that I feel safe having in my home and to make a purchase such as this. I am so happy I chose sylvan floors! Caio and his wife Hannah are such kind honesty people. Caio is a problem solver and the whole process was completed on time on schedule and I was more than thrilled with my results. I decided to remove the damaged engineered wood planks through my home and replaced with the highest grade vinyl planks that are up to the task

They are an amazing family owned business. They helped replace our whole downstairs with laminate flooring and replaced our bedroom with new carpet. They provide reasonable quotes and is overall just a great business. A year went by and we needed something repaired and the owner was at our door the next day and didn’t charge us a thing. I couldn’t recommend this company more to anyone!
