This parking lot is very narrow, and cars get constantly scratched. The stuff is unwilling to talk or help investigate any issues. The roof is leaking from the swimming pool gym, and if you park on certain floors, your car windows will get stained. The parking garage is extremely dusty and has never been cleaned, so your car will get dirty overnight. I’d say if you have the option not to park here, don’t!

Cars get broken into here all the time. NOT SAFE. I had someone scrape my car because of how tight the parking spaces here are. This is the first garage I've seen where the manager charges you by the calendar month. If you're leaving the garage say the 1st or 2nd of the month, you still get charged for the entire month even if you give them 30 days notice. On that note, why does a garage need 30 days notice anyway? The whole place is designed to scam you.

The employees (some, not all) are extremely rude. My girlfriend recently purchased a monthly spot and they accidentally did not associate a date with the card they gave her, so it was coming up expired when we tried to leave. Because of this, we could not leave the garage. This would have been fine as it was just a mistake, but the employee got mad at me when I asked for help fixing the issue. He acted as if it were our fault, meanwhile it had nothing to do with us. He was also asking me who signed her up, which I did not know (I wasn’t there) and he proceeded to be angry about this too. Overall, we have not had a pleasant experience. I’d avoid parking here if possible.

Awful place with the worst service; every since they took on public transportation staffs (who took over entire 2nd floor) finding a spot and getting in and out during busy time became a nightmare. Those public trans staffs cut in line and sometimes took both lanes to get out; reflected to the parking lots staffs and they just gave me nothing they can do BS. The elevators constantly broken down with people trapped inside. Not to mention that there were 2 car broken in recently and parking people said that there was no video to capture it. Why are they charging $250+ per month if they are not better than street parking

I WILL NEVER EVER PARK HERE AGAIN. I called this garage in October after moving nearby asking if I could be a monthly client for my motorcycle and car to use same spot and if it’s possible to have a bit of a better deal, Edgar, the manager on the phone didn’t even listen to me and just told me the prices for each vehicle and hung up the phone. I parked my car elsewhere during that time, fine. Me moving in town recently didn’t know what kind of business this is. Now seeing other reviews I understand nothing has improved and they’re simply lacking customer service and quality of being reasonable as a local business. Last week I parked my Vespa before snowstorm in a SHARED SPOT with one other motorcycle and was ok to pay their overnight $39 fee. During the snowstorm I had an accident and I h
