Symphony Center Parking Garage

The worst parking experience ever in my entire life. It took 1 hour to get from the last traffic signal into the garage and equally as long to get from the top deck to the exit. There is no traffic control or organization.

Easy access from two entrances and exits. Security is great as there are on site police at almost all times.

Paid to park here using SpotHero, went to a comedy show at Lyriq and came back to get my car. I was locked out along with about 20 other people from the same comedy show. Luckily I was able to climb my way into the garage and open the door for everyone. Otherwise we wouldve been completely screwed. Worst part was I had to pay on my way out because there was nobody in the little office area to show my Spot Hero QR code too. When you push the call box nobody answers. Had to pay twice and Spot Hero didnt honor a refund. Will never use them or this garage again. Hours on this garage say 24/7 which is NOT true. All doors are locked to get in after a certain time. Nobody around to let you in either.

My car's battery died on the first cold day of the season. A man named Joseph at the front desk was incredibly helpful and got me up and running in 5 minutes. I don't normally leave reviews for parking garages, but this customer service was too great to leave un-recognized

Make sure you get your car out of there by 7 p.m. We thought we were being clever, having dinner to beat the post-concert traffic. We were not. We got locked in.
