They are the nicest company and understand that life can be difficult sometimes just communicate with them. They had a person out as soon as an opening happened after the holidays. The guy that came I think his name was Dave was very professional and extremely nice in tell me when the power was going to be off so it gave us time to charge our stuff up to keep the kids entertained while the power was off and he said the time was 5 or 6 hours and he had the power back on and restored with in 2 hour and had to change my panel too. I would recommend to any one and every one in the highland area for they are a local business. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! They really do go above and beyond for their customers. Did not finish the job, but they were paid in full. I still have a light fixture that doesn't work and a ceiling fan that shakes and wobbles. The owner, Cory, was supposed to come back once I received a part needed. The part was received shortly after the last appointment, but it has been almost 1 year and the work remains incomplete. The last communication that I received was in September, that indicated he had family issues and moved to Boyne, and that he would (for the 3rd time) "reach out next week" to get me scheduled. I have received no communications as of the date of this review. It's very disappointing and disheartening to write a review like this, as I believe in using, supporting and promoting locally owned businesses. Ditto Autumns review plus some ….. Cory has completely ghosted us and owes us a substantial amount of work to be completed that was paid for up front! He will not answer his phone now after been given the run around time and time again with lie after lie for the greater part of a year and a half. This is Completely unacceptable and I certainly will be warning all social media platforms and groups up in the Boyne City area to steer clear of this man and his business!

We used synergy to install our new electric car charger. They were professional, knowledgeable and did an amazing job! They had more knowledge than most companies we had come out to quote. Highly recommend!
