Five-star service, the pumps we received were new and fuel efficient. Nick the sales rep was available and answered my calls promptly. The correct pumps that were specified were supplied with the correct connections. Rental rates were very competitive. I will continue to rent from Synergy Equipment and Pump Rentals.

Very shady. Was charged the full amount of deposit even though the delay was their fault for not picking up the equipment on the agreed upon date. They dodged my calls for days. The front desk staff can't help and say it is how corporate handles the billing. Be careful.

I cleared my own land, exclusively using equipment from Synergy… I don’t mean to knock a bigger competitor, but the people and service at synergy are more like friends than just an exchange of big equipment for big money… I had 3-4 issues with what I rented and it was a lot and for a long time and Synergy’s responsiveness was really amazing… Whoever is running this company and the Stuart location know customer and equipment service.
