I could not be more pleased with SYS Cleaning and recommend them highly! They gave me an estimate to clean out my (deceased) parent's house, give it a deep clean, provide landscaping and a powerwash and they really delivered. My mom would have been brought to tears to see how good it looked. Their team took care of everything and were true to their estimate. What really set them apart, for me, was that they didn't just take items out of the house to the dump. They donated the items for me. They have contacts within the community to know who can use what. I very much appreciated this. They also were able to recommend a painter and I am getting very good results from him. All around, a fantastic experience.

They have been reliable - always arriving on time and they have never canceled a scheduled cleaning appointment which we especially appreciate. They are helpful and offer to do extras to help us out when needed. They are professional, polite and personable - very pleasant folks. I first contacted SYS when my son and his family moved to Hanover from Texas. Their new house was left a filthy mess! Before my baby granddaughter came I needed help cleaning. SYS contacted me, on a Sunday, within an hour of my contact and came out that evening to give us an estimate. They worked us into their schedule the next day and worked so hard to get the house baby-ready and it was amazing! Incredibly reasonably priced and their kindness for the time constraints was so great! Just recently I moved to the area and they helped me get settled into my new apartment in New Oxford. Again, they made my move smooth and as carefree as a move could be. I highly recommend this company!

SYS Cleaning Services is fantastic. Reasonably priced, thorough, and willing to go the extra mile. I've had two cleanings so far and my home always looks so well put together and smells amazing when they leave!
