Our basement flooded from a heating unit leak on the Sunday of a long weekend. We called Systematic and left a message. Within a short time someone called back, arranged for a tech to come on the same day. Mark came, immediately found out what the problem was and took care of it. After that he proceeded to check carefully at least 7 of the system weak points to make sure that everything was in good working order. He did everything rapidly and efficiently within the first 1/2 hour of his visit! We have been customers of the company for many years and are still very satisfied.

I do not recommend this company!! They installed a Mitsubishi mini-split unit for us 7 years ago. It stopped working in June and after many unreturned phone calls they came to repair it. The service person did some work and the unit was working again. He did say that there was a chance that his repair wouldn’t work because of a possible leak, and that he would have Lou reach out to give us a quote to replace a part. The unit stopped working three weeks later. Lou had never called us in that time and now we made numerous calls to Systematic to try to get service. They NEVER returned our calls and clearly had no interest in fixing the unit. They charged us over $800 for the fix that didn’t work!!! And we still almost three months later have a non-working unit. My AC went bad a few weeks ago. Systematic was not the company that installed my system since my contractor had gone with someone else however they were so helpful and quick to come help me out and fix whatever was wrong. I have used them before for a split model install and it was done cleanly and have had no issues since it was installed 5 years ago.

My wife and I decided that it was time to upgrade the through the wall a/c in our home. we shopped a few companies and Systematic Control came in at the lowest quote. We installed a Split unit downstairs and a central system upstairs. I could not believe how quick and clean the installation went. They are obviously professionals. The systems are working flawlessly and the house is perfectly cool even on those hot summer days. Its good to know we have piece of mind from the warranty and a company that's been around for decades. We are happy we used them and highly recommend!

The guy they sent spent 20 minutes here, and after checking the unit, he said there was a problem with the compressor. He didn't want to go to the back to check and make sure it was the compressor that wasn't working. He also said there was no room to work, that it was too difficult and in order for him to check the compressor, I'd have to take the whole unit down. After paying almost $200, he told me that someone would be in touch about an estimate. I called 2 days later, they said they would have to check and they'd get back to me. It's been 2 weeks and I still haven't heard back from them. If there was an option, I'd give this company -1 stars.
