Terry is both professional, knowledgeable & kind. He & his son completed my new heating & a/c unit the same day. They kept their area neat & clean & respected my home. Terry even came out again to help with a concern I had & while there, he fixed my closet door that was hanging off which I am so grateful for! Definitely recommend. Reasonably priced as well.

I found T. Brown Heating and Cooling (Terry & his son) from a family recommendation. We first had Terry install a new boiler as ours was over 30 years old. We really wanted to use a small company as the larger HVAC companies just don't have the same personal feel and you never really know who will be coming into your home. Terry and his son were pleasant, efficient, and easy to work with. His prices are reasonable and the work was done well. We then decided to use them again for our mini-split installation. After being in our home for more than 15 years we really needed a more efficient way to cool our downstairs but traditional AC wasn't in our budget and we can't afford to lose closet space in our Havertown home! Once again, Terry's quote was very reasonable and was installed quickly
