Terry Klob who runs this shady company is a complete scammer who either Incompetent buffoon or a straight forward scam artist. I hired him to build a home a year go. He kept telling me that he is taking care of the permit but nothing eve got done. Finally, I called the city building department and they told he has not submitted any corrections to my permit application for a year. Then he stopped answering calls and text messages and is still nowhere to be found. He also took money from me for permit related expenses and windows and I am now forced to take legal action against him. I have no word to describe how dishonest and unprofessional of a builder he is. Please do not give this guy any money and just run!
