T & F Marble & Granite

I met Frank this morning to discuss my fantasy brown marble counter install. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work, and his customer service approach was above and beyond - this was not a custom build- T&F was contracted through the builder, but he still took the time to personally come out (and stand in 100 degree heat) and meet with me directly. He was transparent and candid in addressing my questions. That kind of integrity isn’t always seen these days, but I’m glad it was Frank’s team working on my counters. And shout out to Fernando for the superior book matching skills!! The pattern flow on the waterfall ends was flawless!

Unbelievable. They told me 3 months they would have the slab ordered and ready. The day before it was to be installed they pushed me out a week due to an emergency job that took precedence. I then received a call today letting me know that they do not in fact have the slab that was supposed to be ordered months ago. I called just to voice my frustration and was told to essentially screw myself and get it done somewhere else.

Filed false PayPal claim to get money back after correct product was delivered. Requested return for ordered product as "ordered by mistake" and then filed PayPal claim for "internally damaged" and collected refund for full product order when only 1/3 of the product was returned. Avoid this business at all costs because of fraud.

Nice placement: good employees: very good shop can't explain how much great customer service u could get there.👍
