Worse company I ever dealt with Chris never answered his phone and when I called the office for routine maintenance they send some with no experience and missed up my boiler and when I called the office they hung up on me Stay away from this business

Chris Quinlan has great expertise in HVAC and is very accommodating to his individual customer's circumstances. My family has been Quinlan customers for decades and have always been fully satisfied with all aspects of Chris's work. I have great security knowing that such a fine professional has installed and serviced my heating system as well as my wonderful A/C system. Oil Deliveryman Eddie is always reliable and so understanding about my two dogs and my need to secure my gate. He has such a good nature and always a provides delivery service with a smile. Always so grateful to have Quinlan to count on for our essential heating and A/C needs. A great company in all the ways that count!

Cleaned my HVAC system and worked meticulously to ensure it was in tip top shape. Both he and his son were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We bought our house in 2009 and it with a frontier Boilers that was installed by Quinlan. For years up to this year we never had an issue with them. However recently they have refused to service our boiler and refused to come when we had no hot water. The receptionist even yelled at my husband after days of waiting when he asked if Chris is coming anytime soon, “he is not coming” and she would not give a person that they recommended that could come. A month later we still have no hot water and desperately trying to find someone that is familiar with they system and a month later we still have many days without hot water. Not very professional.

Over the years we've used various HVAC professionals. Chris is head and shoulders above the others. His response time to emergencies is always timely and he takes the time to explain what caused problems and how he has solved them. He is also proactive in making suggestion for improving the plumbing and heating and air conditioning in our 160 year old brownstone. I would highly recommend him.
