We had Tom help us with two separate projects at home and they both came out beautiful! His work is very professional and he’s one of the nicest people to deal with on top of that! Thanks for all you have done for us!

Buyer Beware!! While Tom is a good installer he is not responsible, dependable, and disappears without a any communication after taking your money. 1st installation: A couple years ago Tom started an installation and completed 98% of the job. He wanted the balance due and said he would return promptly the next morning. After over 15 calls and a month later he finally answered my call and finished the job. Tom stated he had family medical issues and this is why he couldn't get back to us. While I understand the medical issue there was no reason to not call during the 30 day period. 2nd CHANCES. Just two weeks ago I called Tom as I am a huge believer in 2nd chances. Tom came to our home reviewed the installation. I told him it was a time sensitive installation, Carpet in 7 to 10 day

Took a 1500 deposit from Yankee spirits in June and never did the job.hes been contacted and won't respond.small claims is next.a total crook.has a severe gambling problem.dont recommend. update-small claims was filed in Dudley. See if he shows up for court may 7 -2019? Update He was a no show at court.judgement for yankees.if he doesn't pay by June 10.a warrant will be issued. Update-of course,mr Perron did not show up or pay Yankees back.now he has a warrant for his arrest.the sheriff will actively pursue him and he will be cuffed and brought to Dudley district court house.

Took my Dad’s money and did not return to finish the job. My father is elderly and undergoing cancer treatments. Finally got his money back after going to small claims court.
