Service contract is good but when you have an issue you may still wind up having to pay a hefty price for a fix. I needed a breaker replaced and was advised it would be well over 300 plus to replace a $17 breaker. I replaced the breaker myself and saved that money smh.

Allen worked at our home on a heat pump we were having issues with. He did a GREAT job and was very informative of the issue and resolution. Fully recommended.

I had a great experience with Alex Davis when he came out to fix my AC unit. He was professional, knowledgeable, and quick to diagnose the issue. He explained everything clearly and got my AC back up and running the same day. the service was excellent. Excellent experience with T&M. They came out the day after we called and got us fixed up quickly, in a friendly manner, and the cost was surprisingly inexpensive. Because of all of these, we signed up for their Preventative Maintenance plan. Good work!
