I believe it was Quinten who helped me out. My dryer wasn't drying well and was dripping in the basement through the vent. He was in and out super fast and efficiently. He explained what he was doing and the cause of the issue. We will be using them again whenever we run into more plumbing or HVAC issues!! Update: Zach installed a new tankless water heater. He was super professional and helpful all throughout the process. I will be using TM Johnson for all of my plumbing needs in the future.
