T-N-T Septic Service

Thanks to Tim of T-N-T Septic Service for coming out immediately on a Saturday, following my call for help. Our septic tank pump and alarm had both failed, so we were in need of this service pretty quickly as we had it backing up within our basement today.

We were able to get our septic pumped on the house we had just bought and valuable advice on care. He was very also understanding when we had to run and get hose parts since ours didn't work (and we didn't know that yet). Would recommend and will continue to use!

T-N-T not only answered the phone on Christmas Eve, while out of town, but made us top priority upon returning. Tim unclogged our old drain and saved us $500 in plumbing fees. He was efficient, hardworking, and educated us on how to avoid future issues. We definitely will stick with T-N-T from here on out. Seriously so impressed and thankful.

I gave TNT a call to come out and pump my septic. He was at my address in less than 24 hours. Prompt, polite and went above and beyond just pumping. He explained my system and how to maintain it to last many more years. It's taking that little extra step of customer service that I truly appreciate! Tim came out and pumped our septic tank in advance of some other work we had scheduled. I will absolutely be using him again in the future. He was kind, efficient, and took his time in answering a few questions that I had about our system.
