DO NOT use this company. The worst company ever to deal with. The owner(lady) is the nastiest, rudest and unkind person we have ever dealt with. Worst job ever. Fence was installed crooked and we didn’t even complain and have them fix. We just paid them to get them off our job. Again the Owner is a lady and she’s the most disrespectful person we have ever come across in over 30 years of business. Highly recommend no one uses this company!

The process to enlarge and cover our dog run was done with an on-site visit with a guaranteed estimate emailed to us on the same day. An install date was quickly set up and Isaac was our installer. Isaac is very personable, professional, meticulous, and certainly knew his craft. Our run is enlarged exactly the way we wanted and is rock solid. I know many people have dealt with contractors and the mess they usually leave is beyond imagination. Isaac cleaned up every scrap before he left. My husband and I would highly recommend T & T Fencing, and if you’re lucky, Isaac will be your installer.

Severe Lack of communication, fence is very unlevel, gates don’t properly work, less then a year already coming apart, requested privacy fencing but ended up with a wind screen that is improperly cut to fit the size instead of the slates we were hoping for. Been told multiple times they’ll look at it haven’t heard back. Requested a commercial fence and paid for a commercial fence to get a rookie job. Blamed us not being there as to why the fence was not even, but failed to call and ask if we wanted it even or to hug the ground.

I called them shortly after the storm Helene, that was 9-23-24, today is 11-4-2024, the owner came out and took notes of what needed to be done to do my repairs, then sent the son for the final estimate and he said he would email me that night with an estimate. To this day I have not heard back from them. While I realize that companies have been bombarded with work due to the hurricane, don't you think you could at least get back with your potential customer in the time span of 5 weeks? a phone call, a text, or an email? However, after seeing the reviews on here, I see that it was a waste of time to call them in the first place, so now I am glad I did not do business with them! This is a pitiful way of doing business !

I hired this fencing company July 1 of this year and they have installed a fence that is cracking and bowing so the quality of the wood that they’re using is substandard. They are refusing to come and fix the fence that I paid over $11,000 for. So all of you individuals that are searching for a company to do a job Correctly and ethically stay away from this company. The owner Alicia is rude.. The only time this woman has been polite was the day that I made the payment on the fence. I have actually retained a lawyer to sue them.
