If anyone is upset about them not being punctual, I can tell you why! Dude drives at a crawl on Pleasant Valley Ave. He's going to cause an accident! Speed it up or move it over! Or at least engage your hazards so others know to get around you before they're stuck.
Had their service before and they were great. I came back as a returning customer and they never answer the phone or voicemails. My service man was very rude.
