T3 Concrete LLC

I had several bids, and Mate was the one I picked because he was willing to do the job right. He scheduled a time to meet with me, was punctual, and listened to my concerns and the way I wanted my RV pad done. He has a great team that did great prep work, and when the time came to pour, they did excellent work. Great attention to detail, and I love the finished product (it’s been a couple weeks and it’s cured perfectly). Highly recommend.

I'd like to point out the poor workmanship and empty promises to correct the mistakes by the owner. I'm truly disappointed being ghosted by Mate since T3 Concrete LLC came with such high ratings. Globs of concrete were left dripping in my window well with empty crushed water bottles and screws, cracks are already showing, and there are misaligned fence posts due to the uneven pouring of the wall. All of these things were pointed out to Mate, upon inspection the day of the pour, who promised to correct it "Make it look pretty" and "I will work with the fence company to make this right". I have not heard from Mate since then, and my numerous calls are being sent straight to VM, and no texts are being returned. Mate, his wife and crew are absolutely fantastic. They are very reliable, hard working and pay attention to detail. They poured a very large RV pad, and driveway for us. Mat'e, his wife, and team did a wonderful job with our driveway extension this past week. They gave me a very fair bid for the job that needed to be done, and were professional/personable the whole way through. With tough times getting work done in the SLC valley in a timely manner due to demand, they really came through and made it happen. They have a great team and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a project. I will be using them on my next venture.

Before T3 worked on our project I searched for reviews of their work and could find nothing bad at all about them. My first thought was that OBVIOUSLY this guy has lots of family that will give him raving reviews. NOBODY is as good as they make Mate sound! He does have a lot of family, and I'm sure they WOULD all rave about him but let me tell you the truth! None of the reviews do him and his business justice! For us, he poured a new patio and a nearly 120 foot long 18 foot wide driveway. They showed up right when they said they would, performed the job EXACTLY as agreed upon (even down to going and getting the exact post brackets that had been drawn on the project at the last minute), finished right on schedule, cleaned up (much better than even my neighbors would've asked for).
