I brought my Toyota Sienna L in for my windshield replacement and they took me in same day. It was a fast process at a good cost. I’d like to speak on their customer service, however, which is top notch. Anytime I voiced concerns with things I thought may have been wrong, they communicated thoroughly and politely and explained exactly what was going on. I had thought that my van had a piece that it did not when my wife looked at it. They took video of before and after. Which proved to me that what I thought was missing was never there. Which was a cowl. That is a testament to their excellent customer service in my opinion. Fast, Fair and HONEST! This was the best and most transparent experience I've ever had in regards to any type of auto service. My car window wasn't rolling up. He removed the panel to diagnose correctly, let me see that everything was working and told me which part needed to be replaced and why. I brought the wrong part initially, we tried and it didn't work. I ordered the exact part and he put it in and it worked immediately. You can tell that it's important to him to be an honest and trustworthy business owner. I'll take all my auto glass needs to him and encourage all my family and friends to go there too. Fantastic experience all around.
