Pest Solutions came out within a day and treated my in ground be hive that I had in my back yard. Within 5 days the hive was dead. An animal ripped some of the hive out once the hive was dead. Dave did a great job. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I would recommend Pest Solutions!

David is amazing, I called and he was so helpful! He offered me a lot of valuable information, not just about pest control but about housing in general. He was able to note common terms for tenant/landlord agreements and how to navigate these with quality. I appreciate that he offered me perspectives of both the landlord and the tenant, which gave me a complete understanding of the expectations of both. Daniel was great to deal with. He was very informative on treatments needed presently for spiders and mice. We are also planning for ticks, mosquitoes, and lantern flies for a successful yard and garden. The first point of contact is Wilma. She is very thorough and explains in detail what is going to be done so that you understand completely. As property manager, I need to coordinate with three floors the work that will be done and Wilma is thorough and emails documents that I needed to make the extermination a success. We have Tactical Pest Solutions coming routinely to keep our pests and rodents away. The technicians that come to do the work are extremely knowledgeable and courteous. Tactical by far is the best for Pest Control that we have had here. We have found a winner!
