Dave rocks! I had a wasp situation on a Friday of all days. Not easy to get somebody to come over on short notice. Dave was the fourth company I called. He was on it! He says to me I’m on my way! And I said wait wait I’m not there. I’m at work. That was not a problem for him. He was able to get there, assess the situation and deal dealt with it immediately. What a stress reliever. Dave was so nice and professional and sent me videos of before and after. Awesome job. Thank you, Dave! I highly recommend.

I was looking for someone to do maintenance treatments for all my rental properties. I called a few different place and Dave returned my call the fastest and had good prices. I value communication, punctuality and getting the job done. Dave does all three very well. He even went above and beyond identifying a hornets nest I was unaware of and removing it. He has common sense and keeps my best interests in mind when protecting my properties.

When I first realized I had a problem I talked with Dave and he was here in a little over an hour. Since he diagnosed a rodent infestation he and his son have been dealing with it on their Special Ops program. They are very knowledgeable and personable and always here early. The Tactical website is very informative and gives an excellent overview of what this company is all about. Definitely a 5 star company!
