Spencer was fantastic. He verified our electrical circuit for EV charging and replaced our existing NEMA 14-50 outlet with a high-quality one properly rated for EV use. He even adjusted the dip switches on the charger itself to ensure it matched our home's circuitry perfectly. He was quick, professional, and explained everything he was doing throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Tag Electric and consider them for any future projects!

Recently our home had been flooded We had five feet of water in our basement. After mitigation Tag electric came in and has done an outstanding job! Our electrician, Spencer was an outstanding tradesman to work with in our home. Our house was built in the 1970s and due to the 5 ft of water, the complete basement had to be rewired and brought up to code. The pre-work was done very emeticulously by the company. Such a big job was a lot of work but Tag electric company took the job on. Spencer has been very detailed about finding out what was there and how we wanted things to be in the future. Spencer gave us options, where it was available and gave us detailed information and updates. He was very friendly and payed the attention to the detail around him. Spencer is always friendly and knowledgeable. He has been out to our house several times working on electrical. Always very approachable and listens to the issues we are noticing, then is able to work and correct the issue. Providing the reasoning behind any issue. The services are much appreciated.

Todd was super easy to communicate with and had Roger and Spencer come out to complete our electrical work. The work was done quickly and neatly!
