Excellent across the board! We are relatively new clients (about 7 general cleans thus far?) for our 2nd home in Tahoe-Donner, but I consider this early relationship-building stage a key sign of how communication, reliability, flexibility and of course attention to cleaning detail will go. Biby and her crew have really hit the mark across all these domains. Biby clearly passes along our instructions for each clean, and the cleaning crew clearly read them, which is a huge relief especially when communicating from afar. This was not the case with prior cleaning companies I tried. If any tweaking is needed, Biby is highly responsive. I’m a clean freak and want things to sparkle, and they do a fantastic job. I’m so pleased to recommend them!

We have been working with Tahoe Clean Bee for years. They are always extremely thorough and easy to work with. Good communication, usually via email which works well for me. It’s always a treat to come home after they have been there. Also the products they use are nice and don’t leave an any strong scents.
