Ned and his team completed mold remediation on a mobile home we were rehabbing. The project ended up being more challenging than expected because the drywall had been glued directly to the walls, which required the team to manually scrape it off and significantly expanded the scope of work. Ned inspected the house for a potential real-estate purchase and he did a great job. Ned took the time to explain what he would be testing for, and to also explain the results when they came in. The property is unique and Ned went out of his way to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Mold was discovered within our ceiling cavity by the plumber fixing an upstairs bathtub leak.
