We hired this company to install Hardie siding, but our experience was extremely frustrating from start to finish. The first crew assigned to our project clearly was not qualified or knowledgeable about proper Hardie siding installation according to manufacturer warranty standards. The very first wall they installed had to be removed and reinstalled three separate times before it was finally level and correct. They were unfamiliar with critical installation requirements such as properly sealing cut edges, not caulking butt joints, and maintaining proper ground clearance. After about a week of repeated concerns and corrections, the foreman was ultimately let go because it became evident he lacked basic knowledge of James Hardie installation practices. Jonathan and his wife are knowledgeable and responsive. Jonathan was helpful, assessing different ways to make roof pricing most reasonable. Workers arrived on time and did a terrific job cleaning up site upon work completion. Highly recommend Tailored Exteriors company! I used them and several of my neighbors did as well!

Tailored Exteriors installed gutters on my home in Midway. His team , Rob and crew were awesome. The service and professionalism were exceptional. They answered any questions and took time for the inspection just to make sure that I was happy with all of the project. You would not have even known they tore down the old gutters- they cleaned up all the debris. They showed up on time and performed exceptional work for a very fair price. Tailored Exteriors was a pleasure to work with. They assisted with my insurance claim. I was able to get my roof replaced and gutter installs. Jonathan Bailey aloud me to get on the roof to inspect it during the process and afterwards. He documented before, wood decking, and underlayment showing as well as the final photo. They answered all my questions and I didn’t have to speak to any representative. As soon as I called they knew who I was and made me feel like family, not just a customer. If you want to deal with a family owned business and feel like you are not another customer call today for your free estimate, you won’t be disappointed.

Pictures of before and after. The wind blew the siding out on both ends, and Tailored Exteriors came out, checked the wood behind the siding to make sure it was still good, put it back in place and secured it back. They did an excellent job. Highly recommend.
