Takin 4 Granite

This shower cost $17000. I am thoroughly disappointed in dealing with this company and the quality of work done. They left silicone and seaming compound all over the shower. Started with a piece that was not set level and kept going regardless. Every wall after that wasn’t set properly. My contractor had the floor level and he had to refloat the floors to accommodate their mistakes. They agreed to pay to fix it but I was yelled at and never called back when I tried to collect the check. We had to pay our contractor for this extra work. I was told they would be cleaning up the walls after installation. Which took 3 months to get this far. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

Did my first ever kitchen remodel in my 1970's house. I had them do an estimate and they came in the cheapest out of all the companies I have estimates from. On the plus side, I enjoyed the MANY options and choices of granite to choose from (too many and so difficult to decide and pick from). I am happy to say the job they did on my granite was PERFECT and had it done almost 2 years ago. I am happy that I got to pick one different from other companies in town and still be on budget.

Poor customer service and poor quality of product. The quartz installed in our home has blemishes permanently embedded in the stone and when the stone was installed, the holes did not line up with the kitchen and bathroom fixtures. As a result, there was additional cost and labor involved. I made several attempts to connect with Jonathan, who did the installation and is part owner of the company, to resolve theses issues which he failed to respond to. Be careful when doing business with this company.

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Pricing was excellent, communication was top-notch, and the entire process—from walking in to browse their stone collection to project completion—took just six days, even with the weekend included. Special shout out to Margaret who tackled my project with ease! Highly recommend Takin 4 Granite for anyone looking for quality granite and exceptional service!

We have had the most amazing experience with this company! They ordered the exact stone I requested and didn't once ask me to chose a different stone, such as one that they had in stock or that was easier to obtain. They were able to meet our budge as well as did quality work! The installer (possibly also the owner) was very knowledgeable and was able to advise us of issues we may have with our design and offered solutions for those issues as well as making the kitchen safe for my children. This company has been absolutely amazing and a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Thanks guys!!
