This is an awesome heating and air company. The two men who came Tyler and Lane were very friendly and professional. They did great work and made sure to explain anything we asked them about. Talent is lucky to have these two young men on their staff. Thank you for a job well done! I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need!

Our central heat and air unit failed in December 2024, just a few days before we were expecting several days of extremely cold weather. I called Talent, and Terry came out promptly to diagnose the issue. Unfortunately, the part needed to repair the unit was backordered and wouldn’t be available for a couple of months. Given the timing and the cold weather approaching, I decided to move forward with having a new unit installed. Talent was able to get a new Ruud unit installed before the cold weather hit, which we greatly appreciated. After installation, I did experience an issue — the unit was extremely loud during the heating cycle, loud enough to wake us up when it kicked on. I contacted Terry to explain what was happening. Riley is a professional and knowledgeable technician. He was able to determine the issue with our unit and was very patient explaining it to me. After giving us a repair quote he was quick to call his team’s office administrator who then scheduled us for the repair work in hopes to get it fixed before the turn of the weather. Thanks!

Terry was amazing! He was professional, friendly, and really knew his stuff. He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made sure our HVAC system was running perfectly before he left. Called 2 companies for estimates on HVAC Service. Talent responded, arrived on time, professional test and review of my system, and was able to provide a quote on the spot. The technician tested switches and showed results proving his analysis and how he had isolated it to that component. The competitor arrived at the same conclusion, with same conclusion, but got there with a visual inspection. No verification of switches to insure correct diagnosis. I hired the other company as they were first on site. It is now the 7th day without AC, and it's August in Alabama. I should have hired Talent!
