Talon Concrete & Quicksilver Readymix Headquarters

For every gallon of water added to a cubic yard of concrete the strength is decreased by 200 psi. We had the driver add 25 gallons of water to 5 yd and the mud was still hot. Yet the driver and Quicksilver say we refused to add water and therefore it is our fault that the load of concrete they sent us was hot and needed to be thrown out. Quicksilver, don't trust them, don't use them, you never know what kind of quality your getting and there certainly won't be any integrity.

I email this company a map with the location of my project. they give me a price and when i was ready to order material, Talon did not honor their price ( 2 month of difference) and more 200 cy of material. this cost me a fortune.

Told me they would be there at 10 o'clock am, I call at 10:30, they tell me there behind and will get a truck to me as soon as they got back, 1:00 o'clock comes around I call back, they tell me, that no one's coming, they said I didn't pay yet. When I paid a day in advance and payed a $200 deposit for if I wasn't prepared for the truck. I had to argue the fact that I had already paid. So I asked if I was going to get a discount since I had been setting there for 3 hours fully prepared waiting, they told me they could cancel the order completely, or start loading a truck now and head my way. They got there at 2 o'clock, 4 hours late, they cost me valuable time and money.
