In June we started our kitchen remodel with Tamer Construction who has a showroom here in Broadview Hts. The people there were fantastic and we have been so happy with how things turned out. The old kitchen felt tight and it wasn’t very efficient or user friendly. There was a choke point at the fridge and if you needed to put groceries away while somebody was using the cooktop, it was a nightmare. The design team was able to take our ideas and really improve upon that and make this space much more functional than it was previously. The attention to detail and craftsmanship are outstanding and I know my Grandfather and Uncle, both master carpenters out of state, would be proud of the work the guys did. John and his team are amazing to work with. They listen to everything we wanted in our kitchen Reno and did amazing work. Also Chris and Christopher were amazing and so clean! I would highly recommend them!

We had a water pipe leak in the finished portion of our basement. The water mitigation process done by a different company left large holes and cut-out areas on the drywall walls and ceiling. The baseboards all were removed and scraped. We contacted Tamer Construction and got a bid for restoring the room to it's original condition. John Tamer was very personable and knowledgeable on what needed to be done. When it came time for the work to begin, a workman named Tom came out and was meticulous in his work. I was a painter for 44 years and when younger, I did all of the basement construction and I was very particular about the work, so I was skeptical that anyone would take the care I would have in bringing the room back to it's original form. Tamer Construction did an amazing job finishing our basement. We gave John an idea of what we wanted done & he came up with a perfect design for our space. His computer renderings were almost identical to the finished product! A big part of finishing a basement is having to choose every detail but John & his team’s experience made it fun & easy. The workers were so prepared & they did an amazing job cleaning up each & every night. It was so fun seeing it all come together! My family loves movie nights in the basement! I can see why Tamer Construction has the credentials & reputation it’s earned.

Tamer completed the expansion/remodel of our kitchen. I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did. John did the layout and helped pick out what cabinetry was needed. Chris and Tom did the demo expeditiously, then Tom pretty much completed the project himself. He was very helpful when I solicited his opinions on things; you can tell he's an artist! We were very comfortable with the company, so much so that we left for vacation during the remodel and left Tom with access to our house. He was very meticulous in cleanup up every day also. We are very happy with the outcome.
